Reckless driving ... on a bike?

Man gets ticket for driving recklessly on bicycle. I agree that some cyclists don't follow simple traffic laws. Like drivers of vehicles, they don't like to stop at lights/signs etc. I have also heard of some people getting pulled over for speeding on bikes before, but reckless driving ... on a bike! Maybe he was doing burn-outs in the parking on his bike!!!
