OK, I'm ready to ramp up on some training again. You know what that means ... wiping the dust off of these things again

I also can't wait for another week when my
employers wellness center opens back up! My plan is to get up before work and get an hour workout in! It would also be good to get some swimming in. It will be very packed I'm sure due to the
day coming up but that's OK! I hope to see those people still in the gym by March who are wanting to lose X pounds next year!
On the right side you will see a "My Workouts" bar in case you're interested in roughly what I do ... or don't do! :)
